Community ceos

 Connecting, Empowering, & Overcoming Struggles

Unleashing the Power of Young Leaders

Program Overview:

The Community CEOs program empowers St. Louis youth aged 10-16 by building their confidence, leadership skills, and community spirit. Over eight weeks, participants join interactive workshops, hands-on activities, and guest speaker sessions that make learning fun and impactful. They’ll engage in real-world projects to learn about giving back and making a difference.

Each week features lively workshops focused on key topics such as conflict resolution, communication, and goal setting. Participants also benefit from one-on-one mentoring, where they receive personalized support and guidance.

The program runs twice a year—once in the fall and once in the summer—ensuring that more students can join and make the most of their summer break and school year. By joining Community CEOs, students gain practical skills, connect with their community, and build a strong foundation for future success.
